Judy Sailer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Judy began their career in 2001 as the Community Program Director and Development/Marketing Director at YMCA Camp Ockanickon, Inc., where they oversaw various aspects of community services, HR responsibilities, budget development, program development, and financial development. From 2009 to 2011, Judy served as the Marketing and Communications Director at the YMCA of Burlington & Camden Counties, where they were responsible for all marketing and communication efforts.
Judy also worked as the Director of Development at Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife and as the Resource Development Director at Habitat for Humanity-Burlington County, NJ Affiliate. Their roles involved creating and implementing financial development plans, managing donor communications, coordinating project-based tasks, and improving operating practices.
Additionally, Judy served as the President & CEO of Smart 7 Strategy from 2012 to 2017. In this role, they facilitated and presented training programs to support organizational outcomes for multiple contracted businesses. Judy covered various topics, including human resources, strategic planning, staff recruitment, harassment prevention, succession planning, risk management, organizational development, leadership development, and team-building.
Judy also has experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at Rider University, Rowan University, and Rowan College at Burlington County. Judy developed and implemented syllabi, lesson plans, and presentations for three credit courses and provided classroom management, student support, and academic evaluation.
More recently, Judy has worked at Primepoint HRMS & Payroll since 2017. Judy started as an HR Specialist and then progressed to become the Director of Learning & Development, a role they currently hold.
Throughout their career, Judy has demonstrated expertise in learning and development, HR management, project management, fundraising, marketing, and leadership.
Judy Sailer, SHRM CP, PHR, has a diverse education history. In 1991, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Trenton State College. In 2005, they pursued a Masters degree in Organizational Management and Leadership at Springfield College. In 2009, Judy obtained a Human Resources Management Certification from Rutgers University - Camden.
In addition to their academic achievements, Judy has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Judy earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from HRCI in June 2021. In June 2018, they became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Judy also holds additional certifications in Human Resources from Rutgers University and Lean Six Sigma from AptoLean.
