Currently serving as Team Lead ECM Engineer at Notore Chemical Industries Ltd since August 2009, Sule specializes in developing and maintaining the PDM program for rotating equipment, utilizing modern techniques to enhance machine reliability and reduce maintenance costs. Previous roles include Equipment Condition Monitoring Engineer and Reliability Engineer at Notore, where responsibilities included monitoring vibration data and implementing maintenance strategies. Early career experience includes maintenance and installation of rotary equipment at Nafcon. Sule holds a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Rivers State Polytechnic and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting from Rivers State University of Science and Technology.
