Deepti Winston has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Deepti currently holds the position of Senior Director, Technical Delivery and Customer Success at Primer.ai since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as Director, Technical Delivery at the same company from December 2020 to March 2022.
Before joining Primer.ai, Deepti worked as Sr. Manager, Solutions Delivery at SurveyGizmo from September 2019 to June 2020. Deepti also served as a Sr. Product Delivery Manager at TSYS from December 2018 to August 2019.
Deepti has a significant experience at Addepar, where they held the role of Sr Manager, Client Solutions from November 2014 to September 2018. In this role, they led key institutional implementations, co-led a multi-million-dollar enterprise engagement, and oversaw a team of 15+ enterprise implementation specialists.
Deepti has also worked at Citi as a Sr. Consultant from August 2012 to October 2014 and at The Triana Group, Inc. as an Advisor from August 2012 to August 2013.
Deepti began their career at BMC Software as a Sr. Product Lead from March 2006 to May 2012 and at H&R Block as an Analyst/Developer II and Analyst/Developer I from December 2002 to March 2006.
Additionally, they have volunteer experience as part of the Volunteer Core Strategy and Leadership Team at San Francisco Public Press from March 2008 to March 2010. During their time there, Deepti developed a CRM platform, created a business plan, and built a marketing plan and communication strategy for engaging volunteers.
Deepti Winston holds a B.S in Electronics & Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Deepti also completed a Masters in Computer Systems Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Deepti obtained a certification in Data Science from General Assembly in 2014.
