Jheyson Giraldo is a highly experienced Payroll Manager with extensive expertise in global payroll processing and management. Currently serving as the Payroll Manager (Global) at Primer.ai since September 2021, Jheyson oversees payroll operations for global employees utilizing ADP and Workday systems. Prior experience includes roles as Payroll Manager at Management Solution and Care Synergy, where Jheyson managed multiple client accounts and complex payroll environments, involving hundreds to thousands of employees. Jheyson has also held various positions in payroll management and human resources across organizations like Western Union, Boing Holdco Inc., and Naval Health Clinic Pax River. Jheyson holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BBA in Human Resources Management from Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
