Colleen Finkl

Colleen Finkl has extensive work experience in project management roles. Colleen worked at Primera Engineers from 2015 onwards, holding the position of Senior Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the coordination of a redevelopment project, managing a program for Chicago Public Schools, assisting a major utility with a pilot project, and managing a transformer replacement project. Prior to joining Primera Engineers, Colleen worked at FEMA from 2005 to 2015. During their time at FEMA, they served as the Individual Assistance Branch Chief, leading efforts to enhance program efficacy and fiscal responsibility. Colleen also worked as a Program Specialist, spearheading outreach efforts, serving as a subject matter expert, and being selected as a FEMA Liaison to the United States Secret Service.

Colleen Finkl attended Congressional Page School in 1992. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government at Lake Forest College from 1993 to 1997.
