Mary O'Toole

Senior Vice President at Primera Engineers

Mary O'Toole has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1980 at ComEd, where they held various management positions ranging from environmental manager to assistant plant manager and reliability program manager. In 2000, they became a founding board member and chair of the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, helping to establish the governance and by-laws for the organization. From 2005 to 2014, they worked at CB&I as the Director of Utility Operations and then joined Primera Engineers as the Senior Vice President. Additionally, Mary had a role as a senior consultant at Chicago 2016, overseeing sustainability analysis and assisting with the environmental team for the Olympic Bid Committee events. Mary also served on the executive committee for Energetic Women at the Midwest Energy Association from 2006 to 2010. Mary owned KO Solutions, LLC from 2005 to 2013.

Mary O'Toole received their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, where they studied from 1975 to 1980. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Ethics at Loyola University Chicago, completing their studies from 1990 to 1994.
