Weymouth Spence

Weymouth Spence, MBA, PMP, serves as the Sr. Project Delivery Group Manager at Primera Engineers since July 2025. Previously, Weymouth was the General Manager at Worldwide Mission Critical, where leadership in organizational transformation led to revenue growth through strategic process optimization and the implementation of a new accounting system. Prior roles include Director of Development, Senior Consultant, Associate, Project Manager, and Office Engineer, with experience in overseeing mission-critical projects and managing construction operations for complex facilities. Weymouth holds an MBA from Washington Adventist University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
