Alecia Shaw

Alecia Shaw is an experienced compliance and operations professional with a strong background in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance Operations at Primary Residential Mortgage since January 2016, Alecia has also held positions as Compliance Technologies Manager and Closing Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Integration and Support Manager at Docu Prep, Inc. from September 2014 to November 2015, and as Project Manager/Team Lead at IDS, Inc. from August 2004 to September 2014.
