Austin L. McKnight

Austin L. McKnight is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and construction industries. Currently serving as the National Construction Administrator and Branch Manager at Primary Residential Mortgage since January 2014, Austin spearheads the implementation of construction products, focusing on government programs such as FHA, VA, USDA, and FNMA. As President and Co-Founder of Southern Creek Homes, established in February 2015, Austin is committed to innovating the custom home building sector. Additionally, leadership roles within the Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association include President, Vice President, Government Affairs Committee Chair, Secretary/Treasurer, and Associates Vice President. Previous positions include Division Manager at Premier Home Mortgage, Senior Mortgage Consultant at Best Yet Mortgage, and Branch Manager at Primary Residential Mortgage. Austin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from Texas A&M University.
