Kevin Perez

Kevin Perez has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Kevin started their career as a Systems Support Engineer at AppointMate in 2005 and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined Emory University as a Client Services Representative, where they diagnosed and resolved computer issues for students and staff. Kevin then transitioned to Delta Health Technologies in 2010 and held multiple roles, including Support Analyst and Product Owner. As a Support Analyst, Kevin handled level III support inquiries and documented complex procedures for level II support personnel. In their role as a Product Owner, they established and executed the vision for the private duty product line. In 2015, Kevin joined PrimeRevenue as a L2 Support Engineer, providing second-line support for system functionality, reporting, reconciliation, and payment processing. Kevin later became a Sr. Application Support Engineer and is now working as a Data Engineer.

Kevin Perez obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of West Georgia, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Kevin also holds several additional certifications, including Data Science: Wrangling from HarvardX in June 2021, Data Science: Probability from HarvardX in December 2020, Introduction to Python Programming (Professional Certificate) from the Georgia Institute of Technology in August 2020, Introduction to Java Programming from the University of West Georgia in May 2018, SQL Level 2: Intermediate from Emory University in February 2012, SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services from Hands On Technology Transfer, Inc. in April 2011, SQL Programming from Hands On Technology Transfer, Inc. in February 2007, and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum, Inc. in May 2013.
