Meshayla Kemp

Meshayla Kemp, MBA, M.Ed., currently serves as the Lead Instructional Designer at Six Red Marbles and is a Financial Service Specialist and Senior Rep Sales Agent at Primerica, where recognition as Rookie of the Month was achieved for exceptional sales performance. As the CEO of Giselle Chanel, Meshayla combines leadership with creative roles such as Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager. Previous roles include Instructional Designer at TrainingFolks, Curriculum Writer & Reviewer for TechTerra Education, and Pre-Employment Curriculum Trainer at Bloom Consulting. Extensive experience in education includes supervising student teachers at Chapel Hill ISD and leading L&D initiatives at Tyler ISD, where a significant impact on student performance was made. Meshayla holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Texas A&M University-Commerce, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
