Rae Wood

Rae Wood currently serves as the Vice President of Global Impact at Prison Fellowship International, providing strategic leadership to programs and regional field operations since September 2014. Prior experience includes roles such as Sr Director/Director/Manager/Analyst for Global Programs, overseeing the implementation and growth of programs in over 40 countries and managing significant budgets. Previous positions include Operations Manager at CHC, Inc., Connections Pastor at Assemblies of God, and Missionary Associate for Assemblies of God World Missions, where notable achievements include developing company growth strategies, managing small groups, and launching cultural internships. Earlier career roles included Business Operations Manager at Sierra Nevada Corporation, Action Officer at ITT, and Signals Intelligence Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership and operational management were key responsibilities. Rae Wood holds a Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Regent University and a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art from George Mason University.
