Shanelle Smith

Shanelle Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and insurance. Since January 2022, Shanelle has served as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Primerica. Additionally, Shanelle is the President and CEO of The Village of Arkansas, Inc., a role held since March 2014, where Shanelle focuses on supporting working single parents who do not qualify for government assistance by providing access to essentials like rent, utilities, food, and childcare. As the Founder of The Village of Arkansas, Inc., Shanelle has dedicated over nine years to this mission. Shanelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Southern New Hampshire University, earned between 2015 and 2019.
