Gavin Satie

Gavin Satie is an experienced project manager and non-executive director with a robust background in the electrical industry and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Scouts WA since August 2024, Gavin plays a key role in setting strategic direction and ensuring organizational wellbeing. At Primero Group since May 2021, Gavin manages the Tianqi Lithium Project, and previously held project management positions at Warrikal and Naval Ship Management (Australia). With over 15 years of experience across multiple sectors including mining, rail, and oil and gas, Gavin's expertise encompasses project launches, change management, and risk governance. Education includes advanced diplomas in program management and leadership, as well as a master's degree in project management from Edith Cowan University, alongside various certifications in electrical and project management disciplines.
