AJAY CHODAVARAPU has worked in the IT staffing industry since 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Staffing Coordinator at Whiz International LLC. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Sr. IT Recruiter at Paradigm IT Group. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Resource Analyst at SysMind LLC, where they were responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring technical candidates. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Resource Coordinator/Team Lead at Xpert Tech INC, where they were responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and qualifying IT and non-IT professionals for contract and direct positions. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been a Manager (US Staffing) - Sales/Recruitment at Primesoft Inc, where they are involved in the full life cycle of sales by marketing and re-marketing the best-fit candidates against IT requirements from clients, as well as technical screening, hourly rate negotiations, and contract MSA negotiations.

Ajay Chodavarapu earned an MBA in Human Resources from Andhra University in 2008. Prior to that, they studied Finance and General subjects at Kakinada.
