Michael Foley

Michael Foley serves as Associate General Counsel at PrimeSource Building Products, leading investigations and defense of employment claims while providing counsel on employment issues for approximately 2,000 employees across multiple business units. Previously, Michael held various roles at PDS Tech, Inc., including Head of Legal, where responsibilities encompassed managing the legal department for the North American business unit, serving as Corporate Secretary and Board Member, and overseeing compliance and HR functions. Michael's educational background includes a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, and a B.A. in Political Theory & Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University.
