Jared Ripp

Jared Ripp is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare law and corporate transactions. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at VNS Health since February 2017, Jared provides legal and operational guidance across a diverse range of healthcare entities. Prior to this role, Jared was Assistant General Counsel at AdvantageCare Physicians and held associate positions at Brach Eichler LLC, Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP, and Gusrae Kaplan Nusbaum PLLC, focusing on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters within the healthcare sector. Jared earned a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University.
