Ricardo D. Meza

Ricardo D. Meza has extensive experience in the real estate development industry. Ricardo D. currently holds the position of Vice President - Tenant Coordination & Special Projects at Primestor Development since November 2022. Prior to this, in 2022, they worked as an Associate - Development at Asana Partners.

Ricardo D. also has a long history with Primestor Development, where they held the role of Project Management from July 2013 to January 2022. Primestor Development focuses on revitalizing urban areas and has gained a reputation for detailed architecture, desirable tenants, on-site amenities, and community outreach.

Before joining Primestor Development, Ricardo worked as a Contract Planner at RGP Planning & Development Services from September 2011 to March 2012, where they were involved in strategic planning, project entitlement process, and compliance with regulations. Ricardo D. also served as a Staff Planner at RGP from January 2008 to August 2011.

Earlier in their career, Ricardo started as a Planning Intern at the City of San Luis Obispo, Community Development Department from July 2006 to August 2007.

Ricardo D. Meza attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in City & Regional Planning.
