Josh Johnson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and employment law. Currently serving as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Primetals Technologies since September 2016, Josh Johnson provides comprehensive legal counsel, manages litigation matters, and participates in the development of corporate policies. Previously, as Associate General Counsel, Josh Johnson handled contract negotiations and legal compliance across various sectors. Earlier roles at Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP, and Preston & Malcom, P.C. included corporate representation in litigation, real estate transactions, and personal injury cases. Josh Johnson is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
