Rosamaria Restum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and sales strategy development. Currently serving as Head of Sales Relationship at Primetals Technologies since January 2015, Rosamaria has spearheaded innovative sales strategies and optimized results within the sales area. Previously, Rosamaria held the role of Global Head Leadership & Development, focusing on global leadership strategy, performance management, and organizational culture. Rosamaria's earlier positions include Head of Human Resources at Primetals Technologies, where strategic workforce planning and effective business partnerships were prioritized, as well as HR Business Partner roles at SIEMENS and PDG, overseeing a range of HR processes and providing policy guidance. Rosamaria holds an MBA in People Management, a Post Graduation in Human Resources focused on Business Consultancy, and a degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
