Rachelle Lily has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2019, they worked as a Founder In Residence at Entrepreneur First, a talent investor program. Prior to that, in 2018, they served as the Deputy Director of Strategic Partnerships & User Experience Transformation at PrimeTime Business and Professional Women's Association, where they played key roles in website rebuild projects and developing strategic alliances. In 2017, Rachelle worked as a certified Hatha Yoga instructor at Yoga Alliance, where they focused on effective communication and adaptable teaching styles. Rachelle also worked as an Art Agent, Business Manager & Strategic Partnerships at Roja Shams Artwork, overseeing social media and content marketing, scoping publicity opportunities, and managing sales.
