Dorothea Schoeneberg has an extensive work experience. Dorothea currently holds the position of People Partner Lead at Personio since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Zalando SE, starting as a Human Resources Intern in October 2009 and progressing through various roles including Junior Recruiter, Recruiter, Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Lead Business Partner People & Organisation. Dorothea also gained experience as an Intern Talent Management at HypoVereinsbank and interned as an Executive Development Intern at UniCredit Bank.

Dorothea Schoeneberg attended Maastricht University from 2005 to 2008, where they studied psychology. Dorothea also obtained a certification in Systemic Coaching from the artop - Associated Institute of the Humboldt University of Berlin.
