Victor Mak has a significant amount of work experience in various leadership roles. Victor started working for Chaney Instrument Co. in 2007, where they held the position of Senior Project Manager and later became the Director of Product Development. In this role, they played a key role in the New Product/Customer introduction process, working closely with the marketing and product management teams. Victor also developed documents to improve the design and manufacturing process flow.
In 2018, Victor joined the Primex Family of Companies as the Director of Asia Operations. Victor was later promoted to the position of Senior Director of Asia Operations in November 2021.
Victor Mak completed their Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2005 to 2007. Victor then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in the same field at the same institution from 1998 to 2001. Currently, they are undertaking a Master of Business Administration program at Queen Mary University of London from 2019 to 2022.
