Erica Montenegro

Erica Montenegro currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Enova International, where responsibilities include designing and implementing an operations-wide coaching strategy and developing a customizable onboarding program for new leaders. Prior to this role, Erica was a Senior Bilingual Corporate Trainer at Combined Insurance, where efforts focused on cross-training employees during a hiring freeze and adapting training content for virtual delivery. Earlier experience includes serving as a Bilingual Corporate Trainer, facilitating training for field agents, and as a Teacher at Chicago Public Schools, where collaboration on instructional content aligned with international educational standards took place. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education-Biology from DePaul University and an Associate of Science in Biology from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College.
