Taylor Janvrin

Taylor Janvrin is a Principal Consultant and Head of Data + AI/ML at Primis, with a focus on recruiting for difficult-to-fill roles in AI, Machine Learning, and Data. Since joining Primis in March 2022, Taylor has advanced from Consultant to Senior Consultant before taking on the current leadership position. Prior experience includes a Technical Recruiter role with VC-backed startups, where Taylor developed recruiting strategies for top companies, and the Head of Communications for UCLA BioBusiness, leading a team in outreach efforts. Taylor also has a background in yoga instruction, marketing, and fundraising for Endometriosis awareness. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature with a minor in Entrepreneurship from UCLA.
