Nima Parbat

Nima Parbat is an experienced Business Analyst at PRIMIS Mortgage Network, with a tenure starting from August 2013. Responsibilities include meeting IT deliverables, conducting process analysis for enhancements, producing functional specification documents, and overseeing system regression and UAT testing. Prior to this role, Nima served as a Customer Service Assistant at Coventry Building Society and as an IT Intern at GE Capital, gaining expertise in customer service and IT applications. Nima also worked as a Sales Assistant at Coventry Transport Museum, acquiring retail and customer service skills. Nima holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing for Business from Aston University and completed A levels in Computing, Maths, and Economics at Rugby High School.
