Lori Wood

Lori Wood has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Customer Care Agent at Primo Water Corporation since July 2023, Lori has previously held positions such as CSR at Sitel Group, Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Buckley Oil, and Customer Service Associate at NARSTCO, Inc. Further roles include Office Administrator at multiple companies, including MD Bowles Construction and Buffalo Concrete of Texas, as well as a Substitute Teacher at Italy ISD. Lori's early career included a role as Central Supply Clerk at Baylor and a long tenure as Office Administrator at RPG Mfg Pet Products.
