Christophe Desray

Christophe Desray is an experienced Asset Manager with a strong background in real estate investment management. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Praemia REIM France since January 2015, Christophe oversees investment vehicles and manages OPCIs for institutional investors, operating under AIFM regulations. Prior to this role, Christophe worked at COFELY GDF SUEZ from February 2009 to December 2014, where responsibilities included national real estate strategy implementation and significant asset transactions. Earlier experience includes the position of Asset Management Analyst at Axa REIM from March 2006 to January 2009, focusing on legal, technical, and financial analysis for property valuation strategies. Academically, Christophe holds a Master’s degree in Finance - Real Estate from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Master’s degree in Gestion de Patrimoine from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
