Katie Hawk is an experienced leader in people and talent strategy, currently serving as the Director of People at Primordial Labs and as an advisor for BuddiesHR and Hireflow. With a strong background in building scalable organizations, Katie has held various roles, including Business Consultant for a stealth startup and VP of People and Talent at Bigeye. Previous positions include Head of Talent at Rimeto, which was acquired by Slack, and Senior Director, People Operations at Aquifi, Inc.
