Alicia Campbell

Alicia Campbell, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Alicia started their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Ledcor in January 2012 and worked in that role until October 2012. Alicia then moved on to Kiewit where they worked as a Site Human Resource professional from October 2012 to February 2013. Alicia then joined PCL Construction as a Lead Payroll Coordinator in March 2013 but left the company in October 2015. Alicia'smost recent position is with Primoris Services Corporation, where they started as a Human Resources Manager in January 2016 and later got promoted to the role of Human Resources Director in July 2018.

Alicia Campbell, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology), which they completed between 2008 and 2011. Alicia has also obtained additional certifications, including the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2021 and the Chief Human Resources Officer Certificate Program from OnConferences in 2022.
