Helge Zieler

Helge Zieler is the Chief Executive Officer of Primrose Bio, a company formed in 2023 from the merger of Primordial Genetics and Pelican Technology Holdings, focused on enhancing biological productivity for advanced therapeutics. Prior to this role, Helge Zieler founded and served as President of Primordial Genetics from 2011 to 2023, developing synthetic biology tools for improved production organisms. Helge Zieler co-founded Industry3200 Inc., aimed at genome analysis technologies, and held senior positions in plant genomics at Agradis Inc. and Synthetic Genomics Inc. Education includes a PhD in Biochemistry from Stanford University and a BA in Biochemistry from Princeton University, alongside a certificate in Plant Breeding from the University of California, Davis. Helge Zieler's extensive experience spans over two decades in biotechnology, genomics, and research.
