Shannon Tafoya

Shannon Tafoya has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Urban Peak since May 2018, following roles as a Human Resources Representative and Human Resources Manager. Prior to Urban Peak, Shannon held the position of Director of Human Resources at InSpec Group from 2012 to May 2017, overseeing benefits administration, payroll, ACA management, and employee coaching, while also advising executive management on policy improvements. Additional experience includes serving as Director of HR at Visual Interest Inc. from January 2011 to July 2012, where responsibilities encompassed policy development and onboarding processes, and as HR Manager at ABS Consultants, Inc. from November 2002 to December 2011.
