Ron joined Primus in 2007. He focuses on the firm’s investment activities in financial technology and adjacent industries. He is currently a Director of fusionZONE Automotive, LiquidityBook, and Rev.io. Ron was also part of the teams that made investments in CardinalCommerce Corporation (acquired by Visa, NYSE:V), Certona (sold to Vista Equity), G2 Web Services (acquired by Verisk Analytics, NASDAQ: VRSK), Hyperwallet (acquired by PayPal, NASDAQ:PYPL), PartsSource (acquired by Great Hill Partners), PathGroup (acquired by The Pritzker Group), Proxibid (acquired by TA Associates), SterilMed (acquired by Ethicon Endo-Surgery), Top of Mind Networks (acquired by Black Knight, Inc., NYSE:BKI), and Vendormate (acquired by Global Healthcare Exchange).

Prior to joining Primus, Ron served as an investment banker in the Global Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Lehman Brothers in New York. He earned a BA cum laude in Economics and History from Middlebury College, and has completed coursework at the University of Oxford.

Ron is a Trustee of University School and the Cleveland Clinic’s Hillcrest Hospital. He is a past Director of the Achievement Centers for Children.
