Sai Kumar Kadali

Sai Kumar Kadali is a governance and public policy consultant with over 9 years of experience in policy advisory, strategic consulting, and program implementation. He has worked with senior government leadership, multilateral institutions, and development partners across more than 20 Indian states, delivering high-impact solutions in sectors such as Industry, Education, Energy, Power, Transport, and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs).

He has deep expertise in designing policy frameworks, leading regulatory reforms, and supporting institutional strengthening initiatives. His work spans the entire policy lifecycle, including strategic planning, sectoral benchmarking, implementation roadmaps, capacity building, and investment facilitation. Notable contributions include the development of E-Mobility Policies, Energy Conservation Building Codes (ECBC), and Sustainable Cooling Strategies across multiple Indian states, as well as governance reforms in the power sector across Telangana, and Nagaland.

Over the past three years, Sai has been actively engaged with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, supporting high-priority initiatives in sustainable mobility, clean energy transition, and higher education. His role involves providing strategic inputs and implementation support for development programs focused on long-term institutional strengthening.

He has worked through Project Management Units (PMUs) and cross-functional teams to enable coordination between government departments, private sector stakeholders, and development partners. His collaborations with institutions such as GIZ GmbH, the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), NRDC, Indo-Swiss BEEP, and Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation have helped integrate global best practices into state-level governance.
