Zoofia's work experience begins in 2006, where they worked as an Admin at Agilis International. From there, they moved on to American Express Bank Ltd. in 2006, working as an Admin/Help Desk Coordinator. In 2008, they joined West Coast Consulting as a Sales Executive/Administration role, responsible for contract and full-time placements of IT professionals. In 2009, they transitioned to AVA Consulting as a Technical Recruiter, focusing on direct client requirements. Later in 2010, they joined Net2Source Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they handled recruitment on a wide range of skill sets and positions. Finally, in 2010, they joined Primus Software Corp. as a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Zoofia completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources (HR) from Symbiosis University. Zoofia pursued their degree from 2006 to 2008.
