Tatjana Kuzmina

Tatjana Kuzmina has over 15 years of experience in human resources and executive search roles. Tatjana currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Primekss | PrīmX Industrial Concrete Flooring & Foundations. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at ASTRAL Executive Search, specializing in attracting and evaluating high-level executives. Tatjana also worked as an HR Manager at G4S, overseeing all people-related initiatives for the company in Latvia. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Orkla Latvija and the HR Director at NP Foods, where they provided various HR services and administered hiring, compensation, and benefits programs. Earlier in their career, they worked as the HR and Administrative Director at Laima & Staburadze, where they led strategic HR initiatives and supervised staff. Tatjana Kuzmina's expertise lies in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and labor relations.

Tatjana Kuzmina's education history begins in 1991 when they enrolled at Latvijas Universitate. Tatjana obtained a Master's Degree from this institution, completing their studies in 1997. In 2007, Tatjana attended Riga Business School, where they focused on Strategic Human Resource Management. In 2011, they enrolled at the Adizes Institute and studied "Breakthrough to Prime." Tatjana'smost recent educational experience took place at the IMD, where they joined the Strategic Leadership Programme from 2015 to 2016.
