Brent Lausterer

Brent Lausterer is an experienced sales leader in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Group Sales Manager at Prince Resorts Hawaii Inc since October 2019, representing three renowned resorts. Prior experience includes a role as part of the Sales Task Force at the Marriott Complex of Resorts in Waikiki and extensive leadership positions as Director of Sales and Marketing at multiple Westin and Sheraton properties between 2012 and 2018. Brent began a career in sales management at Hyatt properties and has cultivated expertise in group sales across diverse market segments. Brent holds a Master of Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University and dual Bachelor's degrees in English and History with High Honors from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
