Thomas Daley

Thomas Daley is an experienced Director of Human Resources at the Port of Prince Rupert since February 2016, responsible for developing and implementing talent management frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives while enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture. Prior to this role, Thomas served as SVP of Talent Management at Right Management from 2009 to 2014, where responsibilities included the development and delivery of leadership development and organizational effectiveness solutions.
