Amy Densmore, Senior Director of Workforce Management and Automation, successfully completed nine consolidations of dispatch centers and billing departments into the operations department she oversees, significantly reducing overhead costs. Amy's vast experience in call centers and the cable industry gives her the skills to oversee projects regarding development, production, and completion.
Serving as a project manager for internal applications like the RTasq and Field Check programs, Amy analyzes the business and takes stakeholder requests to the architectural team at parent company Dycom Industries. Since 2008, Amy has grown the call center to support expanding operations for Prince Telecom to include its sister companies. Amy is a member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers.
