Dean E. Dickey

Dean E. Dickey is a board member at the Prince William County Service Authority. Dean has also served as the GM/CEO of the organization from June 2005 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Utilities at City of Sunrise from September 1999 to June 2005. Dean has also worked with the Central Wyoming Regional Water as their Executive Director from September 1995 to September 1999. Dean has also served in the US Army Corps of Engineers in various capacities from September 1993 to July 1995 and February 1989 to September 1993.

Dean E. Dickey received a Bachelors of Science in Engineering and science from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Dean then went on to get their Master of Engineering - MEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.
