Sandra Hardeman SPHR, SHRM-CP is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources for Fairfax County Public Schools, Sandra focuses on strategic HR alignment with organizational goals. Previously, as Chief People and Talent Officer at Prince William County Service Authority, Sandra successfully reduced turnover to 8% through effective recruitment and retention strategies. Additional experience includes serving as HR Director for Alexandria City Public Schools, HR Manager at Comcast, and Sr. HR Business Partner for the National Education Association. Sandra also founded and operated Burger Boys, an award-winning restaurant in Virginia. With a Master of Science in Management from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree from Radford University, Sandra possesses a strong educational foundation to complement professional expertise.
