- Virginia Tech, Civil EngineeringThe leadership team at the Prince William County Service Authority has a long history of working in the water industry. Supervisors have experience working as Utility Systems Maintenance at Loudoun Water, and Project Engineer and Civil Engineer at Gordon (formerly WHGA). The Enterprise Programs Manager also has experience working in the stormwater utility sector with the City of Suffolk Virginia. All team members have a degree in Economics from Brigham Young University, and a degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
