Charles Barrell

Charles Barrell is a founding partner of Davies, Barrell, Will, Lewellyn & Edwards, P.L.C, a law firm in Culpeper, Virginia. He was elected to the Board of Trustees of Culpeper Regional Health System and Culpeper Regional Hospital in 2013, serving as Treasurer. A graduate of Culpeper County High School, Barrell received a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and a law degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. He is married to Jane Inskeep Barrell, who is a former member of the Hospital Board of Trustees. They live in Culpeper County. Barrell also serves as president of the Culpeper Recreation Foundation and treasurer of the Culpeper Wellness Foundation, of which he is also a member of the Board of Directors.
