Esther has been working in the field of international development for over 10 years, specializing in the intersection of development and digital. She currently holds the position of Head of Digital & Design at Prince's Trust International, leading the development of innovative digital products for young people. Prior to this role, Esther held positions at Girl Effect, Save the Children UK, Kitcatt Nohr Digitas, and other companies, focusing on digital engagement, content management, and marketing. Esther holds a First Class BA Hons degree in English Literature from the University of Reading.
