Jenny Furman

Jenny Furman is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in logistics and production management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Princess Auto Ltd. since March 2016, Jenny is responsible for the daily execution of production goals across all departments. In parallel, Jenny has held the position of Area Manager at Purolator since February 2015, leading a team of unionized couriers to achieve efficiency and safety goals. Also, since December 2012, Jenny has been operations manager at Eleven Points Logistics, overseeing a large team and focusing on key performance indicators, service levels, and health and safety. Notably, Jenny played a pivotal role in opening a 300K sq ft Satellite Distribution Center, implementing Lean and 5S principles for enhanced operational success. Previously, Jenny was a Supervisor at Canada Post from April 2007 to November 2012, managing day-to-day operations and staff development to ensure optimal customer service levels. Jenny holds an educational background from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
