Miguela Gumbs

Miguela Gumbs is currently serving as the Director of the Human Resources Division at Princess Juliana International Airport. With a background in HR management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Gumbs has held various leadership roles in HR departments of different organizations. Miguela has extensive experience in setting up HR departments, managing employee relations, implementing change management initiatives, and coordinating training and development programs. Gumbs is also a Certified Mediator and has received training in Neuro Linguistic Programming and various HR management courses.
