Neill Scott Balm

Neill Scott BALM (Hons) is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, education, and military training. Currently serving as an Electrical Engineer at Princess Yachts since April 2022, previous roles include Telecommunications Engineer at Kelly Group and a long tenure as a Maths Teacher at Ridgeway School Plympton. Notable experience also comes from working as a Training Officer for the UK Ministry of Defence, where oversight of training programs for 750 individuals was managed. Additionally, Neill served as a GCSE Maths Lecturer at City College Plymouth and held the position of Senior Line Manager in HM Forces, responsible for managing welfare and training of over 160 personnel. Neill holds degrees in Business and Leadership Management from Northumbria University and a diploma in teaching from Christchurch College.
