Marco San Filippo possesses extensive experience in e-commerce planning and operations within the retail industry. Currently serving as the Director of Ecom Planning at Princess Polly since June 2020, Marco has held various progressive roles including Planning Manager, Senior Planner, and Planner. Prior to this, Marco worked at GUESS?, Inc. from May 2017 to June 2020, starting as an Associate Planner and advancing through the ranks to Junior Planner and Allocation Analyst. Marco's earlier career includes roles at MTV, Paramount, National Geographic, and the Food Network as a Talent Coordinator and Production Assistant, and as an Operations Coordinator at Heal, where responsibilities included oversight of backend functions and customer data organization. Marco began professional development as a Seasonal Administrative Assistant at Mammoth Resorts.
