Terri Monk is an experienced educator and real estate appraiser with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Real Estate Appraiser since July 2022, Terri previously dedicated extensive years to Princeton Independent School District, starting as a Classroom Teacher from August 1988 to 2016, teaching core subjects across grades 1-8. From August 2014 to May 2022, Terri specialized as a Middle School Math Teacher. Prior to their teaching career, Terri worked at CompUSA and related companies from March 1993 to January 2000 as a Software Instructor, focusing on adult education and performance improvement solutions. Terri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Baylor University and a Master’s in Education from the University of Houston.
