Cecil Marshall

Cecil Marshall is an experienced independent researcher and educator with a diverse background in English and sociology. Currently self-employed since December 2015, Cecil also serves as a home tutor and guest teacher in English at Princeton Public Schools. Previous roles include adjunct professor of sociology at The College of New Jersey and adjunct professor of English at Rider University, alongside a decade-long tenure as a PhD graduate student and researcher at Drew University. Early career experience involved working as a realtor at Henderson Sotheby's International Realty, where sales and contract negotiations were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology of Religion from Drew University, a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from UC San Diego, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
